PASSENGER CATEGORIES:

INFANT – aged less than 1 year
PRESCHOOL CHILD – aged from 1 to 4 years
CHILD – aged from 5 to 17 years

CONFIRMATION:

Passengers are required to contact our reservations hotline on +61 7 4948 3310 on the day prior to travel, to re-confirm their booking, bus pick-up time and location.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Whitsunday Crocodile Safari reserves the right to change or alter the tour as described on our website, without notice.

The FARE is non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the date of travel.

Changes to the date of travel can be made up to 4:00pm the day prior to date of travel, but is subject to availability.

The tour may be cancelled by the operator, in the event that:

  • Minimum numbers are not achieved
  • Severe weather conditions prevail
  • Equipment failure is experienced
  • Factors beyond the control of Whitsunday Crocodile Safari prevent the normal operation of the tour

In such events, the tour operator’s liability will be limited to a refund of any fare pre-paid.

DISCLAIMER:

Whitsunday Crocodile Safari is conducted in the wild and crocodile sightings CANNOT be guaranteed.
However, we have been operating the tour for the last 17 years, and in nearly 5000 tours conducted, our crocodile spotting success rate has been 99.8%.

COVID Safe Experience - Queensland Travel Vaccination Policy

Due to the Queensland Government Public Health Directive, guests travelling with Whitsunday Crocodile Safari on or after 17th December 2021, who are over the age of 16 years, will be required to provide evidence of their double vaccination status, a medical exemption or medical contraindication. This will be requested when you board our courtesy bus during your initial pickup. If you cannot provide the required evidence, you will be unable to board the bus.
