PASSENGER CATEGORIES:

INFANT – aged less than 1 year
PRESCHOOL CHILD – aged from 1 to 4 years
CHILD – aged from 5 to 17 years

CONFIRMATION:

Passengers are required to contact our reservations hotline on +61 7 4948 3310 on the day prior to travel, to re-confirm their booking, bus pick-up time and location.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Whitsunday Crocodile Safari reserves the right to change or alter the tour as described on our website, without notice.

The FARE is non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the date of travel.

Changes to the date of travel can be made up to 4:00pm the day prior to date of travel, but is subject to availability.

The tour may be cancelled by the operator, in the event that:

• Minimum numbers are not achieved
• Severe weather conditions prevail
• Equipment failure is experienced
• Factors beyond the control of Whitsunday Crocodile Safari prevent the normal operation of the tour

In such events, the tour operator’s liability will be limited to a refund of any fare pre-paid.

DISCLAIMER:

Whitsunday Crocodile Safari is conducted in the wild. Therefore, crocodile sightings CANNOT be guaranteed. Our crocodile sighting success rate has been 99.8% during more than 6500 tours conducted over 23 years of operation.
